We are taking an inside passage cruise to Alaska in May of 2018 before we cross the border on our Alaska trip driving with TT. Any recommendations for a place to leave TT and a good place to board my dog for 7 days. Would like to leave TT connected to power.

The American Animal Hospital Association provides accreditation for vet clinics. Thy have hospital locator on their website. Being from out of town, an accredited hospital should provide assurance. I would only consider vet clinic that also boards with this accreditation.

A short ways south on Bothell Way from Lake Pleasant is De Landa Dog Inn. I've seen their sign from the road, and they are easy to find on Google Maps. Further east off of 522 is Paradise Pet Lodge. We left our small terrier there for several days when we flew back east. He didn't seem any worse for the wear!

Also in the area is Academy of Canine Behavior. We once looked at a rescue that they were trying to place.

That Bothell area is about a half hour drive from the Pier 91, assuming that's where you are going. I don't know about public transportation from there.

Last year relatives flew to Seattle for a cruise. They spent a night in a hotel near the airport. It's easy to get a shuttle from hotels in that area to the cruise docs. But I don't know anything about RV and pet boarding in that area.

I've seen this park recommended several times on these forums as a good place to leave your RV while on a cruise out of Seattle:
Lake Pleasant RV Park

Maybe they would have a suggestion as to where to board your dog.

Did you check with the Cruise Line?? They may have some insight. Boarding is tough,
Local humane society may have a list of good boarding kennels.

Might call up here to see what shots dog will need.
Our vet wouldn't take in a dog from southeast US because of some shot you folks should get versus us in NW. Heartworm maybe???

If your plans call for coming and going I5 I would highly recomend Shaggy Dog in Dallas,OR. But that is probably too far away for you.
