Trailer life campground navigator

Hi, Were new to the camping arena an we're trying to find Campground Navigator. I've noticed it's been discontinued and was wondering if anyone had some insight or suggestions as to where we can purchase one?

Any suggestions would be appreciated?

No, only the cd. You can go to website and use the one there.

You mean to say that the Good Sam Trip planner has been dropped totally? An edit is due here. I just checked banner at the top of this forums home page at if you go to RV Club you will find the Good Sam trip planner. It is not the old navigator trip planner.

Bud, my resonse was being typed before I saw your response. It was NOT in response to your very helpful suggestions.

In fact, I am going to give Undertow another chance based on your suggestions.

I still wish Trailer Life would try to meet this need.

I'm afraid I can't be of much help, but it does give me the opportunity to say:

1> This was excellent trip planning software. In fact, I am still using The 2010 version (the last)and find it very helpful even though the campground information is now several years old. I have it on my desktop at home and on my notebook which I take with us on the road.

2> the Undertow replacement is almost useless because they could not use the campground information which belonged to Trailer Life. I have it on my computer, but find myself going back to the 2010 version.

3> I don't know of anything really comparable which allows the map and campground information in such a useful way. -- I'm talking about trip plannng, not about navigation on the road.

4> I have corresponded with Trailer Life, but to no avail. It is unfortunate that they seem not to be interested in cooperating with any software developer to produce a replacement.

Wish I had better suggestions.

Under tow software was the company that did the software for TL. It isn't quite as good but it is very close.
