Even SOME Canadians haven't learned how to play in the snow and take joy from the crunch, crunch of walking on it. Skiing downhill, skiing cross country, snowshoeing, snow boarding, ski-doing,snow fort building, snow fort combat.........

I did for many years with the Canadian Ski Patrol for 15-20 weekends per year. However now I'm done :E I prefer walking on the beach, seeing the dolphins, listening to the surf and fishing with my buddies. :C :C

If not, then yes...some sort of proof of ownership and insurance would be required. If you have that, then you don't need a 'card' too.
