We going to Anastasia state park in May and we looked up the camp site on you tube. Are the sites wide enough for a 8 ft wide trailer with 4 ft slide out and an awning? It looked like a lot of flora around the site.

When making the reservation and you choose a site, take a look at the bottom of the page under comments. For some sites, there are warnings about the site being narrow. Others do not have that warning. The pictures associated with each site help too. I have site 109 booked for September, and that had no warning for width. Hopefully we won't get cancelled like last September due to Irma.

I've been through that park, but have never stayed. Looked a little cramped for my taste. A great alternative nearby is North Beach Camp Ground.
Experience without good judgment is worthless; good judgment without experience is still good judgment!

Donโ€™t know if this helps, we stayed in site #121 in the Coquina loop. We have a 30 ft trailer with a slide on each side and had the awning open and had plenty of room. It seems the sites in Coquina are larger than the sites in the rest of the park. Good luck.

The sites at Anastasia SP are heavily wooded but are typically wide enough once you get situated. If you have doubts, call the Park and speak to a Ranger. lizzie
