The only place I can think of that's puts you in Arizona and where you can use your atv's is in Fort Mohave,Az. Plenty of BLM land around Fort Mohave along the Needles HWY.

We had boon docked a few miles from AVI Casino, just off Needles HWY, north of the I-40

I haven't boon docked Kingman yet, I stayed in the little motel back in November, I believe its 49.00 a night and has a Laundromat . But once you get near the Canyon there are a multitude of places. Im going to try and post you a link where you can check it out.
