If you're active or retired military, go to militarycampgrounds.com for four CGs in that area. If not, Newport News City Park, Williamsburg Resort, which is Thousand Trails, James City County Regional Park, two KOAs, Anvil, American Heritage, and Ed Allens.

Newport News Park is a city run campground only a couple miles from Ft Eustis.
Good facility, decent sites. Easy access from I 64 Denbigh Blvd, or Jefferson Av.

Also have some military facilities Ft Eustis and others.
