Hi,
We are considering becoming snowbirds. We like to hike, cycle, and fish.
I am a nature photographer and a wood turner. I can do my photography thing just about anywhere. The fishing......would be nice but lower on the list.
But I would like to be able to do some wood turning during the winter months.
Are there any RV parks in the warmer climes that have a woodworking shop available to the guest?
Thanks in advance for any insights. 🙂

Fun N Sun RV Resort in San Benito, Texas has a fully equipped wood shop where members do some excellent wood turning of all sorts(e.g. candle sticks, bowls, plates etc.) along with all other types of wood work. Have both a large motorcycle and bicycle clubs that are very active. The park is only half hour from South Padre Island and the Gulf of Mexico.

Victoria Palms in Donna Texas (The Rio Grande Valley) has a bike club and wood shop. Fishing would be in the Gulf of Mexico 45 miles away. The bike club has a large bike trailer where bikes are carried to interesting places to ride.

AND, not far from excellent fresh water fishing, Falcon Reservoir on the Rio Grande.

Mesa Regal (A cal-am park) has a COMPLETE wood working shop available to guests! And lots of our winter visitors are excellent "turners"!! Come on down!!

Also - lots of the urban lakes are stocked in winter with catchable trout1 Urban fishing license here is very inexpensive!

Well, if you can live without the fishing portion you can go to Butterfield RV resort and Observatory in Benson, AZ. Butterfield
they advertise a woodworking shop and other amenities. It's a nice park with nice people, pretty full in winter. Stayed there a month this last year. Lots of activities going on.
