I live in Franklin NC and evidently there is supposed to be quite a crowd here during the eclipse on the 21st of Aug. The spot where I keep my FW is behind my dads house and is paved, level, has water, sewer, and 50amp power. I was wondering if it would be worth renting that spot out for that weekend. It doesn't have much of a view, but it is within walking distance of downtown. Its about 1/4 acre of asphalt with a concrete pad. Can someone please chime in on what this might be worth per night.
