Holly Bluff Campground Asheboro NC

I am starting the process of planning next years trips. We will be going to Myrtle Beach and need a overnight stopover in North Carolina.

I found Holly Bluff Campground and while it didn't get top reviews on Campground Reviews it didn't get any 1 or 2 star reviews either.

Has anyone stayed there recently and can tell me if this is a good overnight? I prefer to keep my 5th wheel hitched and only looking for electric and water.

If you know of a better location please let me know!

Thanks in advance

If you are traveling 77 south.... there is a KOA in Statesville at Exit 45. Location is just south of I 40 intersection. The best thing about the campground is the easy on/off access for an overnighter. It is not upscale, just basic + super convenient.
