I-75 thru Georgia

A few years back while in route to Florida from Ohio in January we stopped at a Flying J ,I believe south of Atlanta and North Macon. We filled our water tank ( as well as gas) as we had left Ohio with none on board. a few miles further south we pulled into a rest area that had a section specifically for RVs,no trucks. Since we will be doing this trip again this winter I plan to make the same stop but have forgotten where the Flying J & Rest stop were located. I'm hope that someone knows the area I'm trying to find and can refresh my memory . I've checked a rest stop website but they don't mention the RV parking. I think maybe the Flying J in Jackson is the one, but not sure.

I am sure that the two rest stops south of Cordele Ga. on I-75 still have dumps stations open as I have used both in the last few months. While I do not remember specific RV parking they are both large rest stops with many parking places with some ability to get away from trucks. The Allstays App does not show any stop with RV parking. Have a safe trip and watch the troopers in south Ga. they have been out in force lately.

they have a trip routing feature that shows the Pilot and Flying J stops along your route. There is also a Flying J at exit 2 in GA just before you enter Florida.

Don't belive that list! I know that the first 3 on it have been removed or blocked off. But there are a few Georgia Rest Areas that do still have them.

Thanks Captbru, We are headed to Port Richey,Sundance Lakes Resort. We have done Sarasota area and Blueberry Hill in Bushnell in the past. After 2 years out west in Az & Calif we are returning to the Sunshine State

Flying J is at exit 201 Jackson GA, the rest area is just south of exit 181. Have a safe trip South. Where are you headed to??
