Alamo Rec-Veh in Alamo, Texas has an indoor hot tub and swimming pool. Much appreciated in January and February.

Mission Texas Bentsen Grove has 2 pools, an indoor and an outdoor. Tip of Texas in Pharr has an indoor pool, Bit O Heaven in Donna Texas. More in the area as well but my memory fails me.
