we butchered on 1-7-14, salted for 6 weeks and smoked for 24hours.

slice to liking and fry it up. boy oh boy is it good.

Hi Gary,

And here I sit in the -30 to -37 C every night for two weeks.

I always share my locations on freecampsites.net. My travel life rarely takes me to the same locations repeatedly, so it only helps other folks out.

So what is the big attraction to Bend, OR?

Sinnettic..this being a 'boondocking' Forum, few of us that post here will divulge where we camp. But, I will say this...the public library in Bend has great wifi and my RV is super.

Ah, bummer, we were there on Friday and came home yesterday, though we didn't take the TT. Our granddaughter was in the Mt View HS production of Midsummer Night's Dream so we did a "quick" trip over the mountains and back.

Where are you staying and how do you rate wherever you are?
