If you have a shorter term back in site, you're probably right up by the front. Jantzen Beach is also my go to park as I go to Portland several times a year to eat. Never had any problems with missing stuff and the fulltimers are all very neat. In fact, some really neat folks live there. We usually get a pull thru up in the 900 series as we're in a 40' DP..

Our stay at Jantzen was about four-five days. I liked staying there and would stay again. The aircraft noise did not bother me and it was far less in the evening/night. It is the sound of commerce and a good economy. We had no issues with stuff missing. However, some others apparently did. I would keep valuables locked and out of sight. Most big city RV park security is what you make it. It is typically not provided to the extent that there is never anything to worry about. My recommendation is to stay as close to the front entrance as possible, near the pool area. That is the shorter stay folks, farther back are the longer term folks and that was where some folks had a problem.

We had no issues at Jantzen with bugs. Be watchful about leaving valuable stuff out. Sometimes they grow legs.
