Lately there has been a lot of interest in viewing photos of the sites that different campgrounds have to offer. Let's start posting them to this thread and if there seems to be enough interest, perhaps we can make the thread a permanent sticky.

If you have recently posted photos of this sort, please re-post them here. If you have new ones to share, please do!

Don't forget to label the photos: Campground name, site #'s if you know them, area of campground, etc.

**A photo width of 500 works really well.

I am taking the liberty of copying here some recent photos submitted by member 'marites62'.

Fishing Bridge - This is site 60 in the B loop - back-in, full hookups (It can be tough for long trailers and 5th wheels):

More of the same site:

Colter Bay Village - This is site 40, Pull through, full hookups. It is at the end of the loop which was nice.

Love your pics 07PSDCrew! Especially that first site - not many places have room and secluded spots like that.

Thanks ReneeG. I actually walked it out and came up with roughly 89 ft in depth and 30-35ft wide. Nice big spot. On a side note, I see you are from Idaho. I used to live in a tiny town in northern Idaho called Pinehurst. I miss it out there. But I love the fall here in New England.

You went from one beautiful location to another! The last time we were in the Pinehurst area, we were traveling from the Glacier area over to Priest Lake and stopped over to tour the Cataldo Mission. Very nice area.

Someone who knew RVs designed that park!

Pine Acres family campground, Oakham Ma. site #60. We stayed here the following weekend after Memorial Day to make up for the poor weekend before. It was sunny and 80. A far cry from the previous weekends snow. Very nice campground but charge for every little thing. Since when does a family consist of two adults?? Two kids, dog, a/c and cable and wifi are all "extras". Regular sites are at a premium and the waterfronts are 85$+ a night. They have rental boats and boat dock access if you bring your own boat. A very nice swimming pool with a water park feature for the kids. I did have an issue about 20 min after setting up as my power pole breaker kept tripping. One call and it was fixed fast. Very well maintained and policed campground. I would go back there even with the high price tag.

Mmmm...steak and potatoes!! My family and I, and my mother in law.

Ames Brook campground, Ashland NH. Site #70. Very large site and lots of privacy. We were here Memorial Day weekend and it snowed!! Got us by suprise! We thought it stopped raining earlier in the evening, but when I went to let the dog out for the night I discovered snow. Cool!

Nice. What is the ground made of there?

It was a crushed granite, hard level surface.

Wow is all I can say! The only reason I joined this forum is for the beautiful pictures and the invaluable information that can be derived about where and where not we might like to visit and stay for a bit. We are from Canada and have our 2013 itenerary mapped out for the coming summer already (in our brand new TT) in Ontario Provincial Parks (which are beautiful) We love rustic camping and already have our sights set on NY state and PA. based on the wonderful photos we have seen! Not to mention New England. Retirement is just around the corner... Will try to get some pics up soon of our maiden voyage to Bon Echo PP.

Taken from the top of the upper lake dam. Visible are sites C1 thru C5.

We had a bear in the CG one night, and he left his footprints on the side of our truck. Apparently there was nothing of interest in the truck bed.

Nice looking area!
