Lately there has been a lot of interest in viewing photos of the sites that different campgrounds have to offer. Let's start posting them to this thread and if there seems to be enough interest, perhaps we can make the thread a permanent sticky.

If you have recently posted photos of this sort, please re-post them here. If you have new ones to share, please do!

Don't forget to label the photos: Campground name, site #'s if you know them, area of campground, etc.

**A photo width of 500 works really well.

I am taking the liberty of copying here some recent photos submitted by member 'marites62'.

Fishing Bridge - This is site 60 in the B loop - back-in, full hookups (It can be tough for long trailers and 5th wheels):

More of the same site:

Colter Bay Village - This is site 40, Pull through, full hookups. It is at the end of the loop which was nice.

Nice calif. campground with 20 sites @ 7000 feet. The best part about this campground is that no one uses it on the weekends or during the week. We always have the place to yourself.

WOW--FANTASTIC sites! Please share with us where this CG is.
HAPPY CAMPING!!

Do the sites all have water, or did you just happen to park next to a water spigot?

Great photos, however not knowing what is next is what makes this thread so unique....leave it alone and allow everyone to enjoy with its origional format.....

This is an awesome thread I was just out at the Belmont area for Jamboree in the Hills and wanted to visit the park but an emergency came up so we had to help a friend. Thanks for the pictures.

PS: I think separating the parks by state when the thread gets larger is a great idea.

Hey Dmatt - did you take all of your pets with you? Seems that I read that this CG limits pets to two and strictly enforces this.

Nope, just Madison. And we brought her to a doggie day care for 4 days. We didn't get the puppy until we got back home.

I'm not sure how much they enforce this. They never even asked us if we had pets. They do drive around every day so I guess if you had more than two outside they'd say something.

Here's our Fallen Leaf Lake Campground in Lake Tahoe:

We had site #75 which is a short walk to the lake:

I am standing on the parking pad of site #75 looking at #76. A huge amount of room between sites:

Lots of snow remaining in the Mountains:

Madison enjoying Fallen Leaf Lake:

There was still a surprising amuont of snow and run off, making the falls beautiful:

Wenting biking up into the mountains and the Desolation Wilderness:

There's a beautiful, small lake up there:

Further up is a smaller falls coming directly from the melting snow:
