Lately there has been a lot of interest in viewing photos of the sites that different campgrounds have to offer. Let's start posting them to this thread and if there seems to be enough interest, perhaps we can make the thread a permanent sticky.

If you have recently posted photos of this sort, please re-post them here. If you have new ones to share, please do!

Don't forget to label the photos: Campground name, site #'s if you know them, area of campground, etc.

**A photo width of 500 works really well.

I am taking the liberty of copying here some recent photos submitted by member 'marites62'.

Fishing Bridge - This is site 60 in the B loop - back-in, full hookups (It can be tough for long trailers and 5th wheels):

More of the same site:

Colter Bay Village - This is site 40, Pull through, full hookups. It is at the end of the loop which was nice.

Ottor, by now you have probably had more opportunity to check out the wifi there than we did. ๐Ÿ™‚ Hope it's working ok for you! Fun to see the site you booked in the photo first, I'm sure! Glad to oblige! ๐Ÿ™‚

OK, that worked better! I'll delete the previous post. This was last week at Massacre Rocks SP, Idaho, site #34.

Unbelievable coincidence .... Just rec'd our brand new Jayco 19RD and made reservations at Massacre Rocks SP for tomorrow - Saturday. I found this post by searching for the park, and lo and behold - we will be staying at site #34 also! Good to see it's a nice spot !! This should be fun ! Did you have an opportunity to see how the Wifi coverage is?
There's NOTHING more exciting than to be shot at ..... and missed.

They removed the right mouse click. They had installed a new and better way about a year ago to grab the link for posting, but that's been removed too.

Awhile back Photobucket changed too, but I found that right mouse clicking on the picture produced an option to copy the link. I don't know if Flickr is the same but try it.

ReeneG . Sorry, I do not. The first morning we went to the bridge, it was only to take pictures , not knowing we would see Condors. There was a park Ranger there with a radio tracker checking on them. She would have been the perfect person to ask questions about them, but we didn't. We were too excited watching them and taking pictures. We did learn more about them later by Googling and at at a Ranger talk in Zion,a week later, where they also have been released into the wide.
Thanks, Greg

Ellen and Greg - thank you for the additional pictures! Early September is our trip time and would be good weather there too. Do you know what those pieces are that the condors seem to be eating?

ReneeG, Lees Ferry in Marble Canyon,Az.,is a great place to visit with some great hiking trails. Two campsites, one shown here, where the best ones at the end of the loop. It's a first come first serve camp ground and we took the site we were in and paid for 4 days, so couldn't move when one of these became available. They have a great view down at the Colorado River. A few miles away is the bridge across the canyon. We watched California Condors each morning from the bridge.
