We will be visiting central New Hampshire this coming Aug and would like recommendation as to good RV parks. We have a 40' pusher and will be towing a car. We would prefer (but do not require) paved sites and need 50amp service. Thank you.

Coming all the way from Florida, sounds like you want something really nice. Check out Danforth Bay Camping Resort or The Bluffs in Freedom, NH (same location and owners). The Bluffs ia a seasonal park but offers short stay sites, it is a 50 and older park. Danforth Bay is pretty full during the summer so I would call to see what's available.

These parks are top rated, BIG RIG friendly, and reviews on the parks are very positive.

Danforth Bay Camping Resort is on Lake Ossipee, east side White Mountains. We stayed there and took the car exploring. Great CG. If you go eat at Yankee BBQ and order the feast! Some of the best BBQ, other than my own, I have ever had.

We stayed at the Chocorua KOA in 2013. It was perfectly located to explore the many beautiful sights this area has to offer. We used it as a base for exploring the Ossipee Lake; Silver Lake;, Lake Chocorua; the Kancamgus Highway; the Swift River; Mt. Washington and the surrounding Presidential range. Check in was efficient. Our site was spacious and clean. (Dirt surface - I don't recall any paved sites). The bathhouse, although old, was clean and the showers were hot and strong. Even though the campground was full, there was very little noise. We enjoyed the network of nature trails. Our dog loved the off leash enclosure. We camped here in a travel trailer.

We were in the White Mtns in mid June we stayed at Tarry Ho Cottages and Campground in Twin Mountain NH site there was all grass w/gravel road. Not great but not bad either sites were level and we were the only ones in the campground during our stay there, (kinda spooky since we arrived at night!) We checked around a little and found that was typical during the week in mid June. Enjoy your stay, the White Mountains are beautiful.
