Seasonals / Annuals in PNW?

Does anyone know of any seasonal parks or annual parks in Oregon or Washington?

The only ones I'm aware of are Ocean Park Resort in Ocean Park, WA and Taylor Park in Lyons, OR (west of Salem, dry camping only). Cannon Beach offers a winter only seasonal rate.

I'd love to hear about others out there!

I checked with Kampers West - they have both seasonal and annual rates:

Annual monthly rates are $450 per month. Seasonal rates May through September are $550 per month. October through April rates are $450 per month. Rates are for full hookups which include water, sewer, electricity, and cable. The monthly rates are for two people, one rv, and one vehicle.

I don't understand what's meant by "seasonal or annual"- are you just looking for places that reduce nightly rates in the winter? I'm sure you're already aware that your beautiful State does that in its State Parks...

Or are you looking for something semipermanent for the winter?

Sorry, regional term I guess. I'm looking for something semi-permanent, but actually more for summer than winter. Some places will offer a seasonal (often in the Midwest it's May - September or October) rate. Often there is a stipulation about how often you can be there (10 days per month, etc.) so that folks don't move there.

We live in near Portland, so the closer to Portland, the better. But I'm just curious about any that are available... in the Midwest seasonals are very popular. That doesn't appear to be the case here.
