Where are you going for the 4th of July?

South Lake Tahoe. California side for three nights and then Nevada side for eight nights. Great firework show on the 4th, great beaches and hiking.

Zooland CG in Asheboro NC for Friday and Sat. nights. I'm off the 4th, but like my wife have to work the 5th!!

Heading out tomorrow to a 'no reservations' CG then hunker down for when the crowd arrives on the 3rd. Can't wait to watch the parking follies. In my boating days it was watching people who did not have a clue try to anchor. These days it is a wonder some of them can get into a pull through.

Going to New Orleans for the 4th of July weekend followed by a week on the beach in Gulf Shores, AL. Tough life isn't it?

Nowhere, we didn't get a site in this years lottery where we usually go. First time in 7 years. By the time we found out everything else was gone. We decided to stay home this year and look for a site the week of the 14th, but at 40' those are slim pickings and have not found any within a 500 mile radius. Next year we have decided we will try where we usually go, but will also reserve elsewhere when the window opens so this does not happen again.

We are going to Dandridge Lake TN 5 minutes from house cook out side and watch the boat parade go by for the Forth all deck out great show and free and if it gets to hot get inside start AC and watch out windows.LOL

Leaving for Ocean Waves in beautiful Rodanthe NC Sunday for a week. That is our favorite place. Already have two weeks down there since May 1st. It might be a little on the wet side with this front offshore but that will be ok too.

I use the couch leesan to watch my big screen TV in the air conditioned house (it's going to be 103ºF to 107ºF in the area). My sleep number bed is very comfortable :B :B :B

Once the holidays are over we'll hit the road again ... One of the bennies of being retired 😉
