Young family friendly campground close to SE MI

My daughter's family bought TT last year and have used it a few times, but I think they want to use it more. As the title says, they have to be "young family" friendly (4 kids, 4-8 yo). MI has great state parks, but my daughter wants "full hookup" ("Do you know how much poop 4 kids can make ?"), and there are very few of those around.

Suggestions ?

Another vote for Port Huron. Tons of stuff for kids to do, special family weekends too. We were there for their Halloween weekend some years ago & the Trick or Treat afternoon was a blast!

Michigan state parks with some full hookup sites are South Higgins, Hartwick Pines, Sterling, and Holland. Oh, and Wilderness added a few last year also.

We've used the Monroe County/Toledo KOA (Petersburg, MI) on a couple of our trips; I think it would fill the needs of your daughter's family nicely.

X2 on Port Huron KOA. It's huge and can be crowded, but lots of fun for kids.

I'm in SE Michigan. Kids are now 14, 12, 8. We've been camping a long time.

Covenant Hills in Otisville. It's a church campground, but they don't preach or anything. There's a very affordable weekend May 19-21st. They have FHU.

Camp Dearborn in Milford also has FHU.

Groveland Oaks in Holly has FHU.

Holly KOA.

Port Huron KOA.

Fremont Indiana Yogi Bear. This is close to the border so not too far. This place is in the middle of nowhere but is amazing as far as kid activities go.

When the kids are able to wipe their own butts, tell her to venture out to the state parks where the real fun is at. ๐Ÿ™‚

Sterling SP in Monroe has a few FHU sites. I wouldn't exactly call it kid friendly but its not kid hostile. Other than that there is a KOA in Port Huron. Probably more for the kids to do but it will cost you a fist full of dollars.

We spent a week at Pirolli Park Campground in 2015. Located in Petersburg, MI. Fun place, huge swimming lake, golf driving range, kid friendly, lots to do.
