What's your favorite campground experience based on the view from your RV?

Boondocking coordinates welcome (feel free to PM them if you want to keep them secret).

We did North Carolina to Rocky Mountain and Yellowstone last year and went up to Maine this year. Trying to plan future trips and get ideas for places to "star" on my google map.

Would love to stay there but the RR trestle you must go under to get there restricts us.
Your 5'er is over 13-0' ?

That's what I was going to say. It must be. I know I drove through right in the center. But my 5th wheel is also 13 ft high.

Good to hear that you fit through at 13ft as that's the height of ours. There was a post up here showing a picture of the trestle with the exact height posted. Can't seem to find it now.

Ok - update - I found the posting with the photo of the trestle and height listed and my EXACT FW measurement - 12' 9.75", so good to hear, again, that with your height of 13' and the trestle at that exact height, you fit safely. Thanks!!!!!
Renee, now that you know you'll fit, I know you'll love Two Medicine, we will definitely stay there again when we go back.

Baycrest RV park in Homer, AK has by far the best view of any campground we have ever stopped at. High up on a bluff overlooking Katchemek Bay and the snow covered nearby mountain range and volcanos is just too beautiful for words.

Oh gosh, there have been so many good ones.

For the view the most spectacular must be on the waterfront Seward, AK. The sites are nothing special. Very much a 'cram them in' CG with minimal spacing between sites.

THIS!

any view away from my home area is much appreciated at all times.

Any change of scenery from the 'usual' is what we love. I have to say in our 20 years rv'ing we always enjoyed exactly where we were. from mountains to beach to whatever in between, we loved it all ๐Ÿ™‚

Great pics on the thread!!

No secret here. Mama Gertie's near Asheville, NC. Hard to beat in the fall for the leaf colors.
Have you shared this picture with the campground?
