I've been out on the road for the past 5weeks visiting family and friends in our camper, I guess I'm completely unaware of 3.0.  Where and what is it?

I meant the Community Update 3.0. That is one of those 3 large spares we tend to overlook. Even the forum monitors forget to check replies there.
