Nice! Lots of good ideas here.
As for water hoses, sounds like that is not a good option. I was thinking this might work if i had some super flexible hoses, like the Flexzilla hose, or maybe the Teknor Zero-G hose.
I do store my expandable hoses (the kind that grow to size when they're excited) in one. I use a quick "mega clamp" on one end to keep it tidy and together. I just lay it in the gutter in the vinyl fence post.
There's no reason why you couldn't do it with a Zero-G hose.
What expandable hose do you use ependydad? Are you happy with it? Any issues?

I use two 7 foot fence posts. One for my collapsible ladder and the second for my sewer hoses.
I have a section of rain gutter that will slide into the fence post. That way I can store two sections of sewer hose and able to easily get them out.
