Outdoor Kitchen door doesnt open enough

Ive got an outdoor kitchen on my 2017 Keystone Outback. My issue is the door has never opened even to 90deg so the door on the mini fridge scrapes when I try to open it. Looking for advice on maybe different struts etc so I can open the door higher.

Thx for the suggestions. The fridge is already too high. I even though of removing the too moulding on the fridge to make more room. But im 6’4” so raising the brackets and making the door open more on that account could be an option as well.

could you raise the frig a bit.

Hard to say without looking at it but maybe as simple as relocating the brackets that the struts mount to slightly.
