Reaching Fantastic fan in bathroom?

We have a fantastic fan in bathroom that we presently turn on at the light switch due to ease of use but wondering how to turn it on easier at the fan itself. We both have trouble reaching the fan controls and it's hard to place a step up due to toliet and walls being close together. Is there someway to attach a device to fan control knobs that would extend down 3-5" so it is easier to turn off/on and different speeds? Having the light and fan switched together is not always ideal.
Thanks in advance.

Oh, but wait - there's got to be a solution... :B And there is... For only another $18.99, you can buy a 2-pack of just knobs. :B

and if you buy two sets, 4 knobs, you can get free shipping.

knobs on Amazon

We ordered our new TT with a Maxxair fan in both the bedroom and bathroom and there are sooo convenient. Had vent covers installed so the rain sensor is no benefit. I wish we had a Maxxair for the kitchen vent too. Just another thing to spend more money on down the road.

Was following with interest. Yes, $30 stick that works only on one out of 3 knobs is funny. I would rather upgrade to model 7350, the kit costs from $155 but you get not only a IR remote, but also a variable speed instead of 3-speed, and a reverse, and (I think) a rain-sensor with automatic lid opening/closing. Not that I need anything "automatic", or IR remote - what is this, a TV set, for God's sake? A wired wall panel with buttons would do, but they can't make it.

easy to answer. Bling sells, function doesn't to the average joe. I'm always amazed, well actually flabbergasted, at the folks here worrying about furniture or cabinet colors, etc. and they don't know what the construction is nor any information about chassis, etc.

Lol! That's so true. At the last RV show, I was crawling under a lot of the TTs there and also taking pics. One salesman thought I was planting a bomb or something under it and got all worked up. Obviously next to nobody looks at frames... The Nash saleman was pretty impressed and we had a good chat.

$32 for a pole?

Yeah, but it's "on sale"..... :R Better grab a few of them before they go back to the regular price. :R Or go to Amazon for $22 + free shipping. ๐Ÿ˜„

There's some things about RVs I don't understand. You spend tens of thousands of $$ on a TT that comes with lots of bling, yet you have to use a stick to open the vent?? Pfft.

I'm looking for way to turn the control knob, not open the fan vent. Sure I will find a way to attach somehow to this knob.

In my case I have a Fantastic vent that has a knurled plastic knob about 3/4 dia. that my short wife has an issue reaching. This pole might work with some adjustment but I am not paying that price. Thinking of installing a Fantastic Vent in my bedroom so what I can do is get one with a remote for the bathroom and then move the bathroom one to the bedroom. Problem solved, albeit expensively. ๐Ÿ˜ž

A piece of 1 1/2 inch PVC pipe cut to that ever length you need and notched on one end to grab the fingers on the handle works fine and is cheap.
