09 holiday ramber next lv axle replacement

I have just been told they do not make the hub assembly for my toy hauler axles and it is looking like replacement of the axles is the only option. Is there another option and if not what's the best place to get the axles,also I am a little up set the shop took the hauler all the way apart before they told me of thus so I feel set up.... if I order the axles and I have soild mechanical back ground can I replace them my self? I apologize if this is posted else where.

We had the same problem with our 09 Next Level. The axles are made by Dexter and parts for them are obsolete. My opinion, the 'neverlube' axles are junk, having to replace a different bearing every 10k or so. After putting thousands into the suspension before finding out axle parts were obsolete, we traded in the trailer a year ago. But to answer you question, new axles are the only choice.

Not sure what yr your toyhauler is but my 06 winners circle is a Thor/Dutchman built with dexter axles. I think the next level is built by the same people.
Check with R & P Carriages trailer and rv sales in Seneca ILL. They have Dexter bare axle beams, for $100 plus shipping. Not sure of the width of yours, these are 95" you could call them and I'm sure they would be helpful. $800 for one axle sounds extremely high!

They aren't hard to install, if you have jack stands, a floor jack, the ability to remove 4 u-bolts and replace with 4 new u-bolts and can make a wiring connection you'll have it.
I would recommend doing the work with trailer attached to your truck that way you know its not going to move.

If were installing new axles, I would upgrade and add disc brakes.

Jmt2 I called the frame maker and the axle manufacturer and no one has the Assembly or the bearings they info me that I would have to by new axles I was just hope someone had a better idea. I seen the axle set up for about 800 per axle.

Who made the frame and axles on your Next Level? I would think the hub assembly would be available unless the axle/chassis went out of business but I could be wrong :@

I kinda figured it was a hard job they are 6k think I should up grade to 7k or stick to factory. Thank for the info.

If you have jacks and jack stands, you can replace them yourself. But it is a hard job.
