2006 5vr Low or No Road Use would you buy

I am looking for a 5vr and found two 2006 Cardinal's 32 feet long with 3 slides I think 30TS models.

One is located in a mobile home park and used as a residence for a single person that supposedly is there 3 nights a week. has replaced refer, stove and water heater recently, never been on road other than to deliver. does look to be in good condition.

other is same model but the original owner never used it or only one or two times. Looks brand new. plastic covers on chairs and couch and tags on the shower walls.

Are axle and bearing issues likely since they have not been rolled since 06?

What would people expect the price to be above high retail for the one that is almost un used?

They are noted to get frame cracks is the I-beams. Both of these should be fine. Tube will prevent further problems. Do they both have dinettes? I see the one in Fife does. I would consider upgrading to a 30TS but would want table and chairs. Chris

yes both have king beds.

Why the 2 inch tubes between axle ends??

X2 if it was shored under cover and shows no signs of leaks.
Really sad someone that invest that much money and never uses it.

Tow either one to a welding shop right after tire shop and have three 2" 1/8 wall square tubing cross wise between spring hangers. See picture below. Do these both have the King Bed?

Look for water leaks and sealing on the roof and at the slides.

Buy the second one. Brake and bearing service, new tires and spring bushings should take care of the running gear. How it was stored and maintained are key.
