Our Montana has 6 point and it is very solid but does not eliminate all the movement. One thing you might try is once its done auto level go to manual and bump each side up another inch or so. This will take more off the tires and suspension. I have noticed when I do this and we run the washer it makes a difference during the spin cycle.
And to the poster that said there is a " detailed initialization format " that is only to set level in the system or teach it what level is. Once that's done it should not have to be done again. The OP said the level part works so that is not the issue.
