Brake pad # for 2015 DRV

Could someone give me the number for the brake pads on a 2015 Mobile Suite with 8,000 lb axles with Kodiak brakes?

I just looked into getting replacement pads for my 8k Titan system.. the NAPA box part # UP-7136M shows made in Mexico... Not sure what to use now?

Yes and there are 4 wheels on the vehicle they are designed for too. My boat trailer has pads that fit a Chevy Caviler. 3000+ pound car verses 5000 pound boat is a little closer than what they are putting on your RVs. Seems like one good hard stop and your pads would be crystallized so hard they wouldn't be very effective after that.

I did and I would question why anyone who is representing a company would run down their own product.

I have put well over 20,000 miles on a set of Kodiak pads on my fiver and they still have a lot of wear left. And that was before they went to the ceramic pads.

Frankly, I trust Kodiak. I have converted three trailers to their products. Every product of theirs that I have used, and every communication with them about their products, has been top notch for me.

Outfits like Kodiak have a lot more expertise in areas like this than most of us will ever get. If Kodiak sells a product which they recommend as a replacement for an OEM part I have to believe it is a good part.

Something that don't make sense to me is that these pads are for a vehicle that weighs 5,000# and they are on an RV that has the possibility to be over 20,000#. If it has 17" wheels on it why not put a pad on it for a HD truck.

That's the number that is on the box, have the NAPA store cross reference the Wearever number that's what I did, the NAPA Ultra Premium line are too thick too fit
The AE7136M is made in the USA by United for NAPA; don't know where you find severe duty pads when they are for a 1/2 Chevy Truck; that's what I have been told.

AE7136M is a Rayloc number. They are not a severe duty pad.
