Cougar fifth wheel slide out

Just started camping. We bought a 2001 keystone cougar fifth wheel in May 2014. I have a problem I have not heard of before. My slide out goes out by itself while sitting level in my yard. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Might also be a bad slide lock. It mounts on the end of the motor. Had that happen to me, although the slide was creeping out when towing and not while sitting idle. If it is the lock, you may have to replace the entire motor. Time to get it into the shop and have it checked out.

Do you have a remote control to work the slides.
If so you may be getting some signal interference.

Replaced switch, appears to have gotten over heated. Looks good so far. Thanks for the advice!!

Don`t think I am being pranked. Went out once with the door locked. The slide is an electric rack and pinion type.

Family member is tricking you?

I guess I'd go with bad switch as well! Have you watched it drive out itself?
