Anyone have this trailer? Seems to be very well made and lots of options included. Don't want to go any longer and or higher pin weight. My TV is a 2014 F-250 Supercab, 6.2L, 4WD SB. Would like to hear any Likes/Dis-likes on this trailer.

Just purchased a 2015 with the High Country package, which includes the Lippert Ground Control auto leveling system. My local dealer had this one and a 2014 without the HC package. Went back and forth comparing them and settled on the 2015. Dealer sold the 2014 the next day too. Big feeling floor plan for a small to mid-sized rig. Love the length and weight...right in the sweet spot for me. Fit, finish, and options seem a step above others in this class. Taking her out for maiden voyage next week.

We also looked seriously at the 28SGS. The first one we looked at I never walked into the bedroom. The second one was the deal breaker as I did try to walk into the bedroom and me being 6'-4" the ceiling was a little low for my liking. Otherwise it is a great layout.

We seriously looked at the 28SGS, in fact sales lady really tried to push us into it but we knew it was to much for our little HD 150. We loved it & it was a well built unit but we settled for its cousin the 26sab.

We have "13" 28SGS.
No problems (that I could not fix) in two years of camping.
TV is a 2011 GMC 2500HD 4WD EC Standard Bed, Gas.
No problem pulling.
Here are my weights, loaded ready to camp. (CatScale)
Truck w/attached Trailer Wt. 9220#
Truck Wt. 7400#
Trailer pin Wt. (21%) 1820#
Trailer Gross Wt. 8700#
Truck & Trailer Combined Wt. 16100#
The Size, Weight & Layout suit the two of us fine. We camp from Mid March through Mid November (apporx. 35-40 nights). The newer SGS has more features then our "13".

Good luck with your decision.

We have a 2013 Cougar X-Lite RES29. The only complaint we have is the head room for the bed is limited. My wife and I are shorter and it really doesn't bother us too much as the only time I go up there is to crawl into bed but for taller folks it may be a problem. We have replaced our factory mattress for a softer one and a memory foam topper on it, the pin box with a Reese 5th Airborne Sidewinder pin box for a smoother ride both in the truck and for the trailer, 16" wheels with "E" rated tires and an electrical surge suppressor. Other than the above, we love out Cougar X-Lite but you do have to understand it is just a "weekend warrior" type model and not a "full timer" type model. You will not have any problems with your F250 as we pull ours with our Tow Max half ton.
