I have a F350 Super Duty with the puck system. Seeing great reviews for both. Curt appears considerably less expensive.

This is my experience. I have a Ram with the puck system. Had a Curt Q24 and had problems a number of times both hithching and unhitching. I would always get it but got tired of playing with it to get it just right. Got a B&W 3600 and it hitches and unhitches first time every time.

I have lost count of the plus reviews for the B&W.
I have the Companion with out the pucks.
Add mine to the plus column.
Have used it for the past 9 years and won't even consider any other brand.

One more vote for B&W. Both the products and the company. Needed new u-bolts for my old-style Companion, called B&W and they had a set overnighted to me. After about 10 minutes, I realized that I had =already= called them about 2 months before and tried to cancel my order. They told me to just keep the 2nd set because I'll need them...eventually. :B Can't beat CS like that!

I love my B&W, I can't wait to get the Pullrite out of my (new to me) truck and get the Companion back in.
One thing that sold me with the B&W is the customer service. I had a question about a part and when I called them an actual person answered the phone. I was transferred one time to a person that was able to answer my question and then explain why it was doing what I was concerned with.

Nothing necessarily wrong with a Curt as they are "sufficient".
When compared to a B&W they are inferior. Just not as well made period.

Oh I forgot to mention the CURT head with it's pivot point several inches below the kingpin connection can cause CHUCKING. Documented here by several people.

B&W, simple solid latching with a machined 1" thick jaw. CURT flimsy lock color coding with 1/2" thick jaws.

B&W 4 - 1/2" grade 8 bolts each side holding head supports, Curt two questionable grade bolts each side holding head. Look at the attachment areas to the bed. B&W is simply a Superior product with no negatives, can't say the same about Curt.

Curt uses foreign made parts assembled in the U.S. Decent unit a little hard to operate at times. B&W is all made in America with all American raw materials. Easiest hitch I have ever hitched or unhitched. Very smooth, positive operation. Shop online and there isn't much price difference. You will get what you pay for.

CURT is "MADE" in CHINA.

Just compare them side by side!

Had a B&W in my last truck, went with a Curt Q25 in my new F-350. Have no issues at all. Like that it has a higher capacity than the B&W with the Ford puck system, it is SAE certified, and the fully articulating head. Had no issues with my B&W.

I have no experience with Curt. I do have a B&W companion slider. I love it.

If your undecided I would physically look at both and go with the one you feel is best.

Good luck and Happy Trails
