This is how it should work. During the warranty period of our Cedar Creek Silverback one of the external speakers started making a cracking sound so it was replaced. Now out of warranty the other speaker started doing the same thing. An email to customer service requesting replacement of the speaker was met with positive support and I had the new speaker in hand 2 days later. I know this is not an expensive part but this reflects the positive experiences others have had with Cedar Creek customer service. Just wanted to give a shout out.

We have had great customer service for our Forest River Cedar Creek. The FR staff has been very helpful.

They are sending me a $300 rear window that broke somehow even though it was out of warranty.

Yup! FR Cedar Creek customer service is about the best in the industry regardless of price.

I have had good success with Customer Service Follow though, on the Sunseeker line.

Impressed with actual Company Reps follow thru on FROG (Forest River Owners Group) forum, supporting all with information and reaching out to customers.
