I've got a thread going on the TH forum and thought I'd post about it here also, after all it is a 5th. wheel TH.
In process of closing deal...Will be trading 5er in my sig. for a 2016 Jayco Seismic 4112 TH.
It has a GVW of 20,000# and is 45' long:E...Pretty niffy looking 5er...The unit has two full baths, 3 AC's, built in Onan gen set...3 axle with tires that won't be on it long:R, full body paint, residential fridge that can run on the inverter and well, it's pretty well loaded out, we'll have our washer/dryer combo and they'll put a new Wingard slim line HD satellite on the roof like one on my current 5er.
Thought I'd share in case some of my buddies didn't venture over to the TH forums.
Figure it may be about 10 day's to 2 weeks before it's ready to go and I'll post pictures when I get the chance.
...anyway, just wanted to share:)... really looking forward to camping in it..Looks like a quality built unit.
Sweet...and congratulations...did you get the garage furnished as shown in the Jayco floor plan????
Regards

Oh, and in regards to tires, I would highly recommend the Sailuns if you need to run a Load Range G. I had them installed in April on our new to us unit; they are a super heavy duty tire that are wearing like steel all for a reasonable price!

Congrats Jim!
You must be getting close to retirement, when you can really enjoy some travel time.
Will you be hauling some toys, or planning to use the garage door for a deck?

Cool, congratulations! Thanks for posting here; I don't visit the toy hauler forum much so I may not have known this.
We've looked at several of the higher end Jayco products and are convinced they are pretty well built. We were actually very close to pulling the trigger on a Pinnacle.
What made you decide to go to a toy hauler? We also thought of going that route but had trouble finding a layout that we liked and I don't think we would have gotten some of the larger ones (like yours) into our back yard! That is a beautiful looking unit, though.
And lastly, are you sure you have enough truck for that? 😉 You know someone is going to ask! I know it will handle it just fine!
Please post some photos when you get it!
