I have a very minor issue with my Intellijack. I contacted Intellijack directly to solve this issues. This is the e-mail response I received.


"I regret to inform you that due to circumstances beyond our control, we are forced to take the IntelliJacks product off the market. We are no longer able to provide support and spare parts. You will have to address your concerns directly with Crossroads (260.593.3850)."

I am not the OP but since I have the system it was interesting to me and am passing it along.

Intellijack is a cool product that came on my fifth wheel. Once set up, you push a button (and don't have to hold it) and it remembers how high to put the jacks to hook up the fifth wheel. It also levels front to back.

They are still in business. They are having a problem with Crossroads. He(owner) is NOT responding to e mail requests at this moment. He is in the process or evaluating where his small business will be in the RV industry. He does have repair parts on hand, but due to his circumstance with Crossroads, is not helping CR with issues. I sent them an e-mail concerning the rumors that they are no longer in business and have heard nothing back. Probably not a good sign.

Your first post made no mention of the fact that you had contacted Intellijack yourself and had confirmation. All you said was that you were passing along a post from an unknown individual on another forum, i.e., a rumor.

I was passing along a post so I emailed Intellijack and the writer(at Intellijack) of the e-mail confirmed it. No support or parts.

I stated the e-mail was posted on another forum. Is there a comprehension problem?
