Larger landing gear pin size

I am wondering if anyone has enlarged the landing gear pin holes from 3/8" to 7/16".

I am going to get LG pull pins. A 7/16" pin is available. I do not see any problem making the holes bigger to accept a larger (stronger?) pin. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

I'd prefer to spend the 30 bucks over drilling out every hole on my legs.

That is just what I meant when I said keep the 3/8. The new style pin. Thanks for linking it for him

Ah, you have to physically remove the pins you have now? I've never seen any of those, all the ones I've paid any attention to have spring loaded pins.

I've got some spring loaded 3/8" pins that I took off my old legs when I replaced them with the Bulldog legs. If you're interested PM me.

These are off a 2010 Fuzion.

The LG pull pins are mounted to the landing gear and have a spring loaded pin. Our previous 5ers had them. No fumbling/dropping pins with bails.

Thank you all for the responses!

I can't see any gain from drilling out every hole in your landing gear. IT won't give you any added strength or stability and actually may degrade the inner arms. Just keep the 3/8's if that is what you have.
Remember, you have to drill EVERY hole in the inner tube or the pin won't go through
