Ok, with the 6 point level up, you can press the left and right button to return to the height the camper was at when auto level was initialized. ( the unhook position ).
I have only had the oppurtunity to do this twice, but it looks like only the front kicks are adjusting. The other 4 appear to remain in the same position. Both times that I did this the front was raised to get to the right position and the rear jacks just took on more weight. Is this how it is supposed to work ? I guess I was expecting the other 4 to retract.

Thanks for the explanation. For this scenario to happen, wouldn't the valves for each jack have to open when the front are activated? I didn't watch real close, and the amount the front had to go wasn't very much, so what you described could happen with out my perceiving the movement of the other 4 jacks.

Bear in mind that the hydraulic pressure is constant in the 2 rear jacks on each side. Therefore as the front jacks extend, the rearmost jacks will retract with that fluid being directed to the intermediate jacks which will extend, but none of the rear jacks will ever have more pressure than its corresponding intermediate jack.
The rear jacks won't retract until you manually retract them or select the auto-retract all jacks function on the keypad once you're hitched up.
