2Ski....
Welcome to the clan.... excellent choice. If I had a
"do-over" the area of focus would only be larger axles
(at least 7K) and higher load rated wheels and tires.
Do wish I had ordered the 2nd AC ...but can add that
at any time. Also... would give honest consideration to
disk brakes but (assume) you have exhaust/jake/grade
braking feature on your 1 ton. The 1 year warranty goes
quickly so do your homework now to see if you want to
purchase extension.
There will be piddly issues on your walk thru inspection...
take your time... run everything...open and close everything...
and do yourself a favor... get the automatic creel for the
50 amp plug. Also, wish I had gone vinyl flooring stem to stern..
I am not kind to carpet (slob)...but over-ruled by the Princess.
Don't know if the you got the Silver Fox Ed.... but if not, the
bones are the same... nose cone seems the major difference
(plus some eye candy features). Get extra keys at purchase...they
are almost proprietary to get replaced.... and even locksmiths
have a hard time getting the blanks. I think dual pane glass is
standard on Silver Fox...but please check...recommend.
Well done.
lots of other lessons learned ... but overall...good bones...
pleased with 1st year of ownership.
