Only if you're coming from the south. From the north, there's a few BRT lines like the SWIFT or the "E-Line".
There's quite a few RV parks in the Lynnwood/Mukilteo/Everett area but of the most of them are 100% full due the construction at Boeing.
When doing a search, be sure to do separate searches for both "Campgrounds" and "RV Parks". Not all sites show up on both searches. I was lucky to find a space at North Sound RV Park because they only show under "campgrounds".
