what can i put on the slide out rubber stripes to keep them soft and supple thanks in advance.

I was told a few years back b to use pledge furniture polish... Been using it ever since and it works great..

AND its always available, and cheap

Thetford premium rv slideout seal conditioner works great to keep seals/wipers soft and supple. In between treatments I put baby powder on to make them glide more freely on the slide sides. I also put Protect All on the slide ends, even the windows and frames.

I use powder. It also helps to wax the slide sides.
