There are tire threads all over this forum and have tried to keep up with them, this year has seen me replace tires on both truck and trailer and both have been recommended by other RV'ers in this forum. On the way to Florida last fall I had a tire blow on my fiver and replaced them with Goodyear 614 RST (235/85 R16), the scuttle-butt here was that they wore like iron and so far I love them, an argument could be made that they might be over-kill on your fiver but I'd put them on. now mind you I've only had them since last March and who knows what might happen down the road but I'm confident on the positive feedback I got here. I'm still in the process of replacing my P.O.S. Michelin LT235-80R17 tires on my dually that dry rotted after 18 months and 30.000 KLM's (Michelin is taking it's sweet time sending the replacements) and i'll never own another Michelin product again but guy's here go ape over the ribs, whaddya' do?
