We picked up our GD Reflection!

Well we made it to Colorado to pick up our Reflection 303 and we are happy, happy campers! We have been on the road for three days and at the end of each days drive we can hardly wait to put out the slides, grab an adult beverage and head for the super comfortable recliners. There is so much storage space that it's going to take awhile to remember where everything is stored. The living area is spacious and comfortable! The air conditioner is so quiet you hardly know its running. We tried the one in bedroom and it too is very quiet. My DH is pleased with how well it tows, better than towing our Denali, which was 1,000 lbs lighter. Our only problem so far has been a remote that doesn't work for the radio/DVD player but from what we've read about Grand Design customer service I'm sure there will be no problem getting a replacement. And, yes-we tried new batteries 🙂 Everything else seems to be working and running just fine. We're impressed with the workmanship.
Thanks for previous suggestions about joining GD forum-we will make sure to introduce ourselves. I'm off to my comfy new recliner!

We purchased a GD Reflection 337RLS in March. We left on our latest journey seven weeks ago. We've put on 6000 miles so far, and the rig is doing pretty good. We had a premature refrigerator failure, but the Atwood tech came to our campground and got us running again.

We have also been having a problem with the awning coming loose, but a call to GD's customer service folks indicates they have a permanent solution for this, and they are sending the parts to a location ahead of us so we can get a quick fix.

The only other concern is the quality of the mattress they put in it. After about 50 nights, it started to compress and appears worn out. We even had two matress toppers on it. We're not "big" people, so this is a little concerning.

Other than the issues mentioned above, we are thrilled with the FW. The factory tires are holding up well, but we monitor them with a tire pressure monitor.

All in all, I'm much happier with this FW than I was my Keystone Cougar, and I'm glad we made the switch.
I smiled at the mattress comment because it's the first thing I told DH we were going to replace; it's pretty wimpy but, hey, nothing is ever perfect,is it? We are glad we made the switch, too. We had nothing but trouble with our other 5th and the most frustrating part was there was zero support, and it doesn't have to be that way. Interested in knowing where you traveled. We just returned from a seven week trip, right before we bought our new 5th.

I took a hard look at the 369 recently, really well finished, caulking under the slides was very, very neat.Just a couple things they could improve on in my opinion is better drawer slides, higher residential feel and much better drawer bottoms, more cabinets, larger chest of drawers in the bedroom, also a Rear end Cap, they look like a inexpensive unit from the back with cheap rear lights, just does not fit the nice style of the rest of the fiver.

I agree with the rear cap and tail light comment but don't know where you are coming from with the drawer slides. Same as my tool box.

Smart decision, I did the same thing last year, and love the R250's

Just finished an almost 3 week adventure in our 293RES and am very happy campers. Pulled great. We went 2700 miles and only 5 campgrounds. Good luck on the new trailer, we love ours.

Thanks so much....we saw a few Solitudes during our travels, they are very nice! As to the Maxxis......DH bought them and had them placed on the Reflection.

We have had ours for a couple of months now and are very happy with it. Time will tell when it comes to durability but the fit and finish is outstanding for a mid level 5th wheel.

We have our hearts set on a reflection 303... hopefully next spring. I do advocate, however, spelling out "Grand Design" - "GD" has meant something else for too many years!
Grateful Dead? :B Seriously, I hope it works out well for you and you get your Reflection.
