Look in the wheel wells, if there is bracing from the frame up to the bottom of the wheel well, then the trailer is braced properly to avoid "wall sag".

That is no hours and they are notorious to getting the carbs gummed up from not being used.
I run my genny 30 min every month at a minimum. Even when we don't use it.
You may want to pull a few wheels/drums off and check the grease.
Repack and install new seals as necessary.
Easy to do, just takes time.

That thread doesn't really cover WW 5ers though. The problem was specific to certain Weekend Warrior bumper pull toy haulers.
What year 5th wheel are you looking at?
