what vacuum do you use

TT had only linoleum. 5er has carpet. not sure what to use. wife sees little vacuums, I thought maybe a small shop-vac.

I have not figured how to post in All forums, just a single forum. am I doing right

Wish I could take the one we have for our kitchen & dining areas at home on the road with us.

It is black, weighs almost 50# & is fully automatic. Whenever food is being prepared or eaten it is right there ready to catch anything that might touch the floor. We got ours from the pound. It is a pitbull/lab mix so it is also a very good security device.

Dyson DC44 stick here too. Previous 5'er had the Dirt devil Central vac and it worked great and thought I would miss it but it is much more convenient with Dyson...no hose or attachments to lug out and store simply take the Dyson off of the charger and go to it.

Shark Rocket, It has a powered beater bar head and it comes apart to be able to be stored in small spaces, but we fulltime. The Dyson Animals are about the same but cordless. We went thru 3 stick type vacs that were cheap and small but just couldn't get the sand out of the carpet. If I was only weekends or shorter trips I might keep a stick vac and use the upright once home, but we needed something with the power of a home upright.

We have a built in Dirt Devil, buy it was killing me to get it to really clean the floor. So we bought the Shark Rocket. Could not believe the difference. It is hand held, but also had an extension with a handle. It's made very well and does an awesome job. We've used it about 2 years.

Bought one when we had the last RV with central vac. The new Mobile Suites came with one so we deleted it on the build sheet and kept the old one. Works great!!!

I have the same one you two have, the DC44, great vaccum, lightweight and a long lasting battery...Also have a Dyson DC31 Animal that we've had for several years that we use in our vehicles..:)
