If you had 100k to spend on a new toy hauler...and you had the truck to pull anything...what would you buy?

I would buy a $15k toyhauler and spend the rest on a Sand Rail with a LS7, Albins sequential, full body, heated seats etc etc.

The toys are much more fun than a toy hauler. Toy haulers are just for transportation and sleeping.
I don't get to my destination to sit inside and watch TV. I use it for the 3 S's. ๐Ÿ™‚

If it had to be spent on a TH I would buy a New Horizon or DRV or used Excel since they are no longer made.

If I just had the cash I would keep what I have and have a heck of a good time buying new toys and traveling.

DRV Fullhouse, or make a huge down payment on a New Horizon MotoMover. But I wouldn't pull either to the desert or too far off road... They are HEAVY at 24k+
You will need a class 4+ truck for those.

Howdy!

We have a Heartland Cyclone 4000 we fulltime in, and would not buy another Heartland anything. If I could doing it all over again today I would look strongly at DRV Fullhouse TH, or New Horizon which will custom build a unit for you. You may pay more for both of the ones I have mentioned but I believe they are much better built units.

A DRV LX455. 100K wouldn't quite pay for it but would cover most of the price.

I had a good look at the Heartland RV's. I liked one that had a rear bathroom, with just a toilet and sink. It has a full bath up front over the hitch, but this is handy if the kids are in riding gear, and you don't want sand in the RV.

It also had optional pair of 100 gallon fresh water tanks. Yes it takes a really strong truck to pull a trailer with a pair of 800 pound fresh water tanks, but you said you have a strong truck!

Have fun camping!
