Don't think you need a generator?

We've been on the road FT for 2 years, and other than a monthly run, have really not used our generator - until this weekend. We've been in our current park in NY for almost a week, and all was fine, but Friday afternoon my Progressive EMS started cutting off showing low voltage. It's been in the 90's here. Bottom line is the park is now full and the apparently doesn't have enough service to maintain voltage for this many units. We've now run the genny for two nights and are glad we have it! You never know when it'll come in handy!

I would think voltage would recover a bit at night. Good to have it when needed.

Autoformer with 10% boost may also work.

OR, you could just suck it up and do what you did 40 years ago. Remember when all you needed was an open window or 2 and maybe a fan?

X2. I like having a self contained unit.
Even if you don't always use the generator, it's nice to have in the event of a weather related emergency..

Had a similar event and but we did not bring our portable generator. Did not plan on camping without power. When everyone showed up the voltage dropped. We moved.
