It seems that most companies I have checked with want you to have a homeowner's to qualify for an umbrella policy.
Check with Miller Insurance who are insurance agents so they have access to a number of companies.
Our full time umbrella policy was $225/year.

It's liability insurance above and beyond what's covered in typical vehicle policies -- typically $1 million and up. It's insurance made to cover what other policies don't -- hence the term "umbrella".
Why have it? As a full timer, you have greater "liability" exposure because your home moves.
Also, just because a company calls what they sell "Full Time" insurance does't mean it has all the insurance you need on the road.
