I'm thinking about driving to look at a 1994 Fleetwood Southwind (35.6'), but I have a 11'3" height restriction and can't find a brochure to tell me if this RV is too high (I found a craigslist posting saying that it's 10'4", but haven't been able to confirm that).
I suspect 10'4" is very close. My 95 Bounder is 10'4" tall at the top of the air conditioners. Makes little difference weather Chevy P32 with 225/70R19.5 tires at 31.9" diameter or Ford F53 235/85R16 tires at 32" diameter. Fleetwood gas coaches of that era all used the same body.

My 1993 Fleetwood Pace Arrow on Chev P-30 chassis clearance is 11' 9" with 19.5 tires. Some Ford chassis have 16 inch tireswhich will effect heighth. I would not truast anything in writing as for heighth. Take a straight board and measure to ground. I would not use my numbers for your rig either!
NEVER TRUST A SPEC OR LISTING. The ONLY way to be sure, is for YOU to measure the height. Very few Gasoline Fleetwood would be over 12 foot 6 inches. If any. Doug
