2000 E450 fuel pump location

The other day I went to do the monthly start of the motorhome and it just turned over. I didn't have the time to crawl under and take a look yet and I'm gathering information on problems. I will check the relay and fuse for the fuel pump but if they are both good I'll have to check the fuel pump. Any idea where the pump is? I'm hoping on the frame rail but I feel it might be inside the tank. Thanks in advance.

Had to do mine about a year ago, the local RV dealer did it for about $550, with NAPA Parts. They found that the extension on the wiring harness going to the tank went bad and that's what caused the pump to burn out.

Bang on the bottom of the tank as its turning over. That should get it going again. You probably need a new one though and that's going to be around $800.00 if done at the auto shop.
