The link that you listed must be of a different unit as they have it priced at $67,500. It is mostly grey in color on the outside. A new set of Michelin's should run a little over $6,000 through the FMCA program. Buy it at $67,500 and buy your own tires!

Dynasty's of that vintage should be undercoated, mine is. FWIW, although the Monaco brand has changed hands a couple of times I have been able source everything either from the presently owned Monaco or the original vendors. The vendors that have gone under have functional equivalents. Ours has shrunk now that I have retired and we intend to replace it with an '05 or '06 Dynasty or above.
Well, if you want a little newer, I know of one that might fit the bill. You will not have to change out the TV's, etc.
